1. BOOK A SERVICE

When you book your service or MOT with Rainworth Škoda, we’ll show you exactly what we see in the workshop using our Electronic Visual Health Check system. We’ll email you a short video, highlighting the current condition of your car from a technician’s eye.

2. RECEIVE YOUR VIDEO

Once you’ve recieved your Video Health Check, we’ll give you a call to discuss our findings and any necessary work we feel needs to be carried out. Any work approved will be then carried out as swiftly as possible, and we’ll keep you up to date, every step of the way.

3. APPROVE THE WORK

Once we have completed the work, we’ll then show you the changes by giving you a full, final health check of your vehicle – so you can be sure your car has a colean bill of health and is as safe to drive as it was when it was new.

BATTERIES

Overtime, your car’s battery can lose it’s capacity, effectiveness and overall charge. A brand new Škoda battery can cost as little as £115 fitted.

CLUTCH

A clutch is a vital part of the transmissions system. Their lifespan varies depending on usage and driving style. If the biting point your clutch is low on the pedal, it may mean that your clutch is due for replacement. CAMBELT REPLACEMENT

The cam belt (or timing belt) is fundamental in keeping your engine running. Wear and tear over time means that the rubber can perish and form small cracks. To avoid component failure we always recommend replacement of the cam belt by genuine Škoda parts, fitted by a trained Škoda technician.
